Age restrictions
According to Article No. 23, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
"1. For minors under the age of fourteen (minors), transactions are made on their behalf by legal representatives, unless otherwise provided by legislative acts.
2. Minors under the age of fourteen (minors) have the right to independently carry out only minor household transactions appropriate to their age, which are executed at the very time of their commission."
In this regard, Yes Exchange LLP reserves the right to refuse to conduct exchange operations for persons under 14 years of age.
Important information about the exchange rate
In case of sharp fluctuations in the exchange rate, the terms of the transaction, executed by phone, are discussed individually. After the agreed time has elapsed, the exchange will be carried out at the current exchange rate at the time of the request.
Count the money at the checkout!
According to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 58 dated March 3, 2001:
- Claims for shortage, detection of non-monetary or doubtful banknotes are not subject to satisfaction if the money has not been counted at the cash desk or in a specially designated place in the presence of the cashier.
